Delete your Nutri 180 account

You can delete your Nutri 180 account and all your data at any time. Nutri 180 is developed by Uppercut (MTCOSMOLABS SAS).

From the app

Open Nutri 180 on your phone and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. You’ll be signed out and your account will be deleted.

By email

If you can’t access the app, write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Nutri 180 account”, from the email you signed up with. If you write from a different address, we’ll ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What gets deleted

Your account: email, name, photo and sign-in credentials.
Your profile: date of birth, sex, height and goal.
Meal plans, weight and measurement logs, progress photos, restrictions and allergies.
Appointments and your link with your nutritionist.
Your reviews [CONFIRM: deleted or anonymized].

What we keep, and for how long

Everything is permanently deleted within 30 days.
If you’re a nutritionist, we keep your subscription billing records for as long as the law requires [CONFIRM period]. We never had your card details: Mercado Pago handles them.
If you’re a nutritionist with an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges [CONFIRM whether it’s cancelled automatically].

Deleting your account can’t be undone. If you only want to stop working with your nutritionist, you can unlink without deleting your account [CONFIRM].
