These terms apply to the website heyuppercut.com (the “Site”), operated by MTCOSMOLABS SAS under the brand Uppercut. Our apps have their own terms, linked from each app’s page. Client projects are governed by the agreement we sign for each project.
Use of the Site
You may browse and share the Site for any lawful purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that burdens our hosting.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design and the names and logos of Uppercut, Nutri 180 and the 180 series belong to MTCOSMOLABS SAS. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. Its content is general information about our studio and products, not a binding offer. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Montevideo.
