Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website heyuppercut.com (the “Site”). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its page — for example, Nutri 180.

Who we are

Uppercut is a brand of MTCOSMOLABS SAS, a company organized in Uruguay, with its registered address in Montevideo [CONFIRM address]. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

The Site has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising.

• Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to manage that work.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Language. When you open the home page, we use your browser’s language setting (or, if it doesn’t send one, the country Cloudflare infers from your IP) to show it in English or Spanish. We don’t store this. If you pick a language with the EN / ES switcher, we save that choice in a cookie named lang for one year. It’s the only cookie the Site sets.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host the Site and our email, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep emails for as long as needed to answer you and for any working relationship that follows, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We process data under Uruguay’s Data Protection Law No. 18.331. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, in California), and we will honor them.
